1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Since we deal with perishable food items, we do not accept returns. However, we offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item.
- Quality Issues: If the food is spoiled or not up to standard.
- Missing Items: If part of your order is missing.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order:

3. Refund Resolution
- After verifying the issue, we may offer a replacement or partial/full refund as applicable.
- Refunds will be Credited within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Replacement order will be delivered in 30 mins
4. Order Cancellation
- Prepaid Orders: Can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing the order. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- COD Orders: Once placed, these cannot be canceled.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, etc.).
- Partially consumed food.
