1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Since we deal with perishable food items, we do not accept returns. However, we offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item.
  • Quality Issues: If the food is spoiled or not up to standard.
  • Missing Items: If part of your order is missing.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order:

  • Clear photos of the issue (if applicable)
  • Description of the problem

3. Refund Resolution

  • After verifying the issue, we may offer a replacement or partial/full refund as applicable.
  • Refunds will be Credited within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Replacement order will be delivered in 30 mins

4. Order Cancellation

  • Prepaid Orders: Can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing the order. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • COD Orders: Once placed, these cannot be canceled.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, etc.).
  • Partially consumed food.
