4. Delivery & Timings

  • We strive to deliver orders within 30 minutes, but actual time may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • If the delivery is delayed beyond reasonable limits, you may contact us for assistance.
  • Customers must be available at the provided address to receive the order. Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect details may not be eligible for refunds.

5. Return, Refund & Cancellation

  • Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept returns.
  • Refunds or replacements are provided in cases of incorrect orders, quality issues, or missing items (Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details).
  • Prepaid orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placement. COD orders cannot be canceled once placed.
